Dentist Manager is a dental practice management application. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.
Information processed by the app
Dentist Manager stores practice data such as patient records, reservations, treatment information, and patient media locally on the user's device. The app may also process Google account information when the user signs in with Google.
Google account information
When you sign in with Google, Dentist Manager may receive basic account information such as your name, email address, profile image, and Google account identifier. This information is used to identify the signed-in account and support account-related features.
Google Drive backup
When Google Drive backup is used, Dentist Manager requests access needed to create and manage backup files associated with the app. This access is used only for Dentist Manager backup and restore functionality. Dentist Manager does not use Google Drive access to read unrelated personal files.
Data sharing
Dentist Manager does not sell personal information. App data is not shared with advertisers. Google services are used only to provide Google sign-in and Google Drive backup functionality.
Data retention and deletion
Local practice data remains on the user's device until it is deleted by the user or removed with the app's local data. Google Drive backup files remain in the user's Google Drive until they are deleted by the user, by the app according to its backup retention behavior, or through Google Drive.
Security
Dentist Manager is designed to limit access to app data to the app and the user's chosen Google account. Users are responsible for protecting access to their device and Google account.
